The Archangel X2 comes with all the same features and optics as the original Archangel - but modified styling and aesthetics. The Archangel features: Monstrum's proprietary LPVO optics assembly with true 1x sight picture, 1-6x variable first focal plane magnification, generous eye relief, and ultra-forgiving eye box - with performance unmatched at its price point. Extra low Dispersion (ED) glass - more commonly found in high end camera lenses and binoculars - reducing chromatic aberration and providing superior color contrast and sharper image quality. Functionally designed precision windage and elevation turrets with 1/2 MOA/click (MOA version) or 0.2 MIL/click (MIL version) adjustments. A sealed, nitrogen charged scope tube for resistance to fog and water. Additionally the Archangel Series delivers several upgraded features over our previous generation scopes, including: Added anti-reflective lens coating treatment for our brightest and highest quality sight picture yet An integrated piggyback mount for mounting of a secondary optic. Redesigned illumination mechanism offering true daylight bright reticle illumination New reticle offerings including the Morpheus MOA, Morpheus MIL, and CM8 reticle -designed for both fast target acquisition at 1x and precise ranging at longer distances. First focal plane reticles shrink and enlarge in proportion to the magnification so ranging information remains consistent across all magnifications - 1 MOA hashmark = 1 MOA regardless of magnification. The Archangel utilizes an integrated picatinny mount. It weighs 2.25 lbs (versus about 1.5 lbs for our traditional LPVO scopes).
